Do you have a shop ?

Yes we do we are based in Sutton Coldfield Birmingham b74, we work on an appointment basis please call or message us on 07963412297 to arrange.

You are welcome to pop in and purchase our readily made stock, take a look at the fabric before purchasing, try on our samples before placing an order and have a free full fitting service to ensure you can have the perfect dress made.  

 

Where do you ship ?

We ship worldwide, at checkout you will be asked to select your location if you select the wrong location you will be automatically be sent a refund, you will then have to re order with your correct location.

 

What are your shipping prices ?

 

United kingdom £3.95

Europe £12.00

North & South America £15.50

Australia £ 16.50

Asia £16.00

Africa £15.50

 

shipping options are at checkout after you select your payment method.

 

How do I order the dress I want in the colour and size I want?

Select the item you would like to order, then select the colour from drop down menu

add your size and height and any additional notes in the comments box e.g "size 8 5ft8 dress to be below knees"

 

More colours can be ordered on request.

 

 

How long will it take? 

In normal periods we aim to get dresses to you within 7-10 working days in the United Kingdom this may be faster at times it just depends on the volume of orders present at time of ordering.

Please remember everything is hand made to order so please be patient.

we offer an express shipping service but you will need to contact us first to ensure that we can get your required item to you on time, we stock a selection of readily made items so we may have something we can send out to you right away it wont hurt to ask we will do our best to help.

 

 

Overseas

 

All items will be dispatched within the 5-7 days courier times may vary dependant upon your location please 'contact us' for a estimated delivery time to your location.

 

If you need the item for an event please 'contact us' before ordering to ensure this is possible.

 

 Do You wholesale ?

We do not currently wholesale.

 

Do you do refunds or exchanges ?

As this is a bespoke service we do not offer refunds so please be sure of your style and colour before placing an order,

exchanges will be offered only if incorrect item has been sent, queries must be made within 7 days of receiving item. 

 

What if it doesn't fit ? 

In the case your item does not fit I offer a free adjustment service it helps if you email me a picture with the problem or let us know how much needs amending, 

e.g 3 inches on the hem.

 

Buyer is responsible for return postage to we then return at our expense,

 

If you have given measurements to me remember We can only make items smaller not larger.

 

This is not currently an option for overseas customers.

 

 

How do I pay ?

 

All payments are taken securely via PayPal or card.

 

 

What's your Order process?

 

When placing your order you will receive an email to confirm your order has been received, if you have requested a bespoke service please check all details on order to ensure they are correct.

 

Your order will then be started you will receive a message once your item is ready and posted 

 

Items will arrive shortly after
