Our Order Process
All our items are made to order when your order is placed, we also offer an option to have all items made to measure at no extra cost at all. This can be done by selecting custom measurements or selecting your nearest size and adding your measurements to the special instructions box.
Measurements - We have a link at the footer explaining how to measure yourself and a video on our story highlights on our Instagram @shebysophie showing you how to do so.
After your order is placed we will cut and manufacture we then mark your item as shipped and send you an email with your tracking details, this then usually takes around 7-15 working days but will vary at busy and quiet times. PLEASE SEE WEBSITE HEADER FOR ESTIMATED DISPATCH DATES WE UPDATE THIS EVERY SUNDAY AT 9PM. Dispatch times can vary based upon how busy we are. When you select shipping the options will accurately show your delivery date based on your location before you pay.
We always try our best to help so if there are any fitting issues with you order please get in contact with us and we will offer you an adjustment to ensure the fit is perfect. In the unlikely case that the item is unsuitable we will offer you an exchange or credit note. Credit notes are sent via email in the form of a code and have a lifespan of 1year.
We ship worldwide please bear in mind any return shipping fees and taxes are customers responsibility please check customs and tax charges that apply to your destination prior to ordering.
we are continuously working on expanding and speeding up our delivery times, but please bear in mind all items are made by a small team and we try our best to do with love.
Please get in contact if you would like to fast track UK orders, prior to ordering as in some cases we hold stock or can accommodate last minute urgent requests.
