Returns

Do you offer returns ?

We offer a made to order service, once your order has been placed we will begin to process your order, once the fabric is cut your item is then deemed as non refundable. we ask you to contact us via phone email or visiting us within 2 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel your order.

 Please ensure you are sure on size and colour before placing your order, please ensure you have selected the right colour before completing your purchase.

If your item isn't suitable when it arrives we are happy to exchange for another of the same value, you can also return all items for store credit which will be sent to you via email and valid for 3 months from date of issue. 

Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of your item please email us at info@shebysophie.com with your name and order number and reason and item of exchange. return postage is buyers responsibility we will send your new item out free of charge.

 What if my item doesn't fit?

We are happy to alter all items, please contact us for alterations.

 

Custom Requests 

Custom design are non refundable and non exchangeable, custom refers to anything that is not on our website, any items we make you which are not pictured on our website.
